Dan and I met on a blind date. I was working with Marie who is best friends with Dan's sister Nikki. He at the time had just gotten home from his mission and they decided to set us up. It took awhile to get us together but it finally worked out. We went out the day after Christmas 2006. We went on a triple date. My Bother, Sean, came and Dan's sister Nikki, came with their dates. We went to dinner at Shari's and went to the Sub to play pool. Dan was really shy at first but he soon warmed up to me, and I to him. We all had a really fun time. After the Sub we went to my parents house and played games. When it was time to leave i really wanted his number but i didn't know how to ask for it. So after he left i text messaged Nikki and told her to tell Dan i had a good time a feel free to call me.
A couple days later he CALLED!! I couldn't believe it i was so excited. We went out just us two and went to a movie, then to JB's for hot chocolate. After that we spent pretty much everyday together. Dan asked me to Marry him on February 22, 2007. We set the date for May 26, 2007 and you guessed it, the rest is history!
